I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded me to a SUITE with a river view, despite traveling solo during peak season. This gesture of hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. As someone who has experienced many luxurious hotels around the world, I can say that this hotel stands out. The breakfast buffet was above average, with a nice variety of options. The hotel divided the buffet into two areas - one for Chinese cuisine and one for Western fare. While the Western side offered a better view in my opinion, the overall selection and quality of the breakfast spread was more than sufficient.

We arrived around 1:30 am at hotel (due to delay in our flight); finding the right door to enter the hotel area was not easy at that time. The check-in process was fast and efficient; I asked for 2 hours of late check-out, it was approved at check-in which was very helpful. The stunning view, well-decorated and modern rooms, quietness, and easy access to lobby... were all the positive points of this short stay. The check-out process also was done very efficiently.

The location is really great and the view from the bedroom amazing. I loved the breakfast which is really suitable and very varied and the dining room offers a pleasant view in the morning. In the same tower, you also have access to the bar which is located on the top floors and in the evening, you can treat yourself to a pleasant moment and contemplate Shanghai by night. the gym is well equipped and the sauna gave me a very pleasant break.

Great Location in the heart of the Business Center and panoramic view over the Huangpu river and the old part of Shanghai. Nice big room with different commodities.

It was the perfect location to visit Shanghai. The hotel was super easy to reach, well located to visit the highlights of Shanghai and to find all services that you may need. Subway station close by.

Location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was amazing from a viewing point and served the needs of my trip being close to the conference center.

Truly exceptional hotel, located in the third tallest skyscraper of Shanghai. Our room at 73rd floor was great with an astonishing view of the city and the Bund. We also experienced waking up and being in the middle of a cloud at such height!
